About modification of the Regulations on single state system of civil protection
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Make change to the Regulations on single state system of civil protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 9, 2014 No. 11 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 8, of the Art. 245), having added with its Item 17-1 of the following content:
"17-1. For ensuring availability to the population of services in the field of protection against the fires and emergency situations, public safety, the emergency medical care local government bodies can form the centers of safety in which rescue and fire fighting divisions, divisions of National police and crew of the emergency (fast) medical care can be placed.
Criteria of education in settlements of the centers of safety are determined the Ministries of Regional Development together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health.".
