For the purpose of increase in state policy in the field of enforcement proceeding, timely and forced execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies, according to article 29 of the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the Emblem of Service of execution under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Approve Regulations on the Emblem of Service of execution under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, its image and the description (appendices 1, 2 and 3).
3. To perform financing of the expenses connected with organization of the Emblem of Service, execution under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of special means of Service of execution under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
