1) in Article 2:
a) in Item 5.1 to exclude the word "fiscal", shall be replaced with words the words "in lottery" "in drawing lottery";
b) in Item 5.2 of the word "participation in lottery" shall be replaced with words "participation in drawing lottery";
c) state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7) the organization of lottery - implementation of the actions including determination of the operator of lottery, the conclusion of the contract with the operator of lottery, approval of conditions of lottery;";
d) state Item 18 in the following edition:
"18) the lottery terminal - the hardware and software system intended for data transmission about the lottery chosen by the participant to lottery rate (lottery rates) in the center of processing of lottery information, issue of lottery receipts and used when carrying out drawing lotteries;";
2) in paragraph four of part 2 of Article 3 of the word", electronic lottery tickets at stage of their production (creation)" shall be replaced with words "at stage of their production", words", the electronic lottery ticket" to exclude;
3) in Article 4:
a) in part 1:
add with Item 1.1 of the following content:
"1. 1) adoption by the Government of the Russian Federation of decisions on determination of the operator of lotteries;";
