1. Approve the enclosed Rules of realization of general process "Forming, maintaining and use of the database about cases of detection and distribution in the territories of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of infectious diseases of animals, including general for the person and animals, and (or) the goods (products) of animal origin dangerous in the veterinary and sanitary relation, and also about the taken veterinary and sanitary measures".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

I. General provisions

1. These rules determine requirements to realization of general process "Forming, maintaining and use of the database about cases of detection and distribution in the territories of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of infectious diseases of animals, including general for the person and animals, and (or) the goods (products) of animal origin dangerous in the veterinary and sanitary relation, and also about the taken veterinary and sanitary measures" (further - general process), the functions performed by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union in the field of veterinary science (further respectively - authorized bodies, state members, the Union) and the Eurasian economic commission (further - the Commission), procedure for exchange of information between them and the scope of information, transferred and published on information portal of the Union in case of realization of general process.

2. These rules are developed according to provisions of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and the Order of interaction of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union in case of prevention, diagnosis, localization and liquidation of the centers of especially dangerous, quarantine and zoonotic diseases of animals and the carrying out regionalization and compartmentalization approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 10, 2017 No. 79.

3. For the purposes of these rules concepts which mean the following are used:

"the database about infectious diseases" - the general information resource containing data on detection of the epizootic center, and also on the measures taken for its liquidation;

"the database about compartmentalization" - the general information resource containing data on results of carrying out compartmentalization in state members;

"the database about regionalization" - the general information resource containing data on results of carrying out regionalization and epizootic zoning in state members;

"the database about dangerous goods (products)" - the general information resource containing data about the state members found in the territories the goods (products) under control to veterinary control (supervision) dangerous in the veterinary and sanitary relation (further - dangerous goods (products));
