About additional measures for streamlining of operation of vehicles with the tinted (darkened) glasses
For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for drivers and passengers of vehicles, and also the Cabinet of Ministers decides streamlinings of operation of vehicles with the tinted (darkened) glasses:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Determine that effective period of the permissions for installation of toning (blackout) got since January 1, 2019 at the rates of payments operating before adoption of this resolution is prolonged in proportion according to the new rates of payments entered according to this resolution.
3. Provide to Head department of traffic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan the right to perform purchase of consumable materials of toning (blackout) on glasses of vehicles by selection of the best offers estimated by departmental tender committees without holding tenders.
4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
approve sketches of special emblems (holograms) confirming installation of toning (blackout) based on permission of law-enforcement bodies and provide their placement on front windshields of vehicles;
in two-month time to introduce the bill providing establishment of the administrative responsibility for operation of vehicles with the tinted (darkened) glasses without the permission to the Cabinet of Ministers it is equivalent to rates of payments for issue of permission to installation of toning (blackout);
together with the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time to make offers on streamlining of payment of operation of vehicles with the tinted (darkened) glasses established by the manufacturing plants of foreign countries;
together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
