About the State agency of water resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of water resources management and water management complex of the Kyrgyz Republic, maintaining single water policy, and also realization of provisions of the Water code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17   of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Form the State agency of water resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic based on Department of water economy and melioration of the Ministry of Agriculture, the food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture, the food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to the jurisdiction of the State agency of water resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic Department of water economy and melioration, with the corresponding functions, budget financing, personal and real estate, documentation and the number of staff of 4106 units of the main personnel and 750 units of technical and junior service personnel.
