1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2016 No. 800 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 25, 2016 No. 289" the following changes:
1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve:
The regulations on operating procedure of the permanent interdepartmental commission on state programs (are applied);
the structure of the permanent interdepartmental commission on state programs (is applied).";

include in structure of this commission of Belkovts Andrey Mikhaylovich - the Deputy Minister of Finance, Ryabova Anna Nikolaevna - the deputy minister of communication and informatization, Korbut Alexander Nikolaevich - the deputy minister of natural resources and environmental protection, Kafarova Alina Pavlovna - the chief of the center of the analysis and strategic planning of "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company, Kalenchak Irina Anatolyevna - the chief of head department of investment policy of the Ministry of Economics, having excluded I. V. Malkina, D.G.Shedko and N. A. Yasinskaya from structure of this commission;
shall be replaced with words the words "Seliverstov Yury Mikhaylovich Is Deputy Minister of Finance" "Seliverstov Yury Mikhaylovich is the First Deputy Minister of Finance";
