According to article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2016 "About state regulation of foreign trade activity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 124
1. Determine that:
1.1. export from the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the separate types of the forest products classified by codes 4403, 4404 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, occurring from the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further - forest products), when placing under customs procedure of export is performed under the general or one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in coordination with the Ministry of forestry according to the procedure, similar by the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), taking into account the features established by this resolution; *

1.2. The ministry of forestry approves the statement for licensing for export of forest products in the presence of the prisoner between the called Ministry and the organization of the agreement on conditions of supply of forest products.

No. approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 156, to add the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with Item 24.19-44 of the following content:

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure:
3.1. notify the Eurasian economic commission on the measures taken according to subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution;
3.2. submit for consideration of the Eurasian economic commission the offer on application by other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of the measures similar to the measure established in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution;
3.3. inform Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2019, except for Item 3, of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of acceptance, and is effective within six months.
