About modification of article 21 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About the status of judges in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the paragraph third Item 3 of article 21 of the Law of the Russian Federation of June 26, 1992 No. 3132-1 "About the status of judges in the Russian Federation" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 30, Art. 1792; Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 26, Art. 2399; 2000, No. 26, Art. 2736; 2001, to No. 51, the Art. 4834) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"To the judges of federal courts staying in resignation, certificates of the judge are signed and issued by the chairman of justices in whom they worked as the judge just before resignation. To the judges of the constitutional (authorized) courts of subjects of the Russian Federation, magistrate judges staying in resignation, certificates of the judge are signed and issued according to the procedure, established by the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
