1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of the Decision on Carrying Out Complex of Works on Post-utilization of Objects (Demolition of Structures)" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears local executive bodies of areas, Nour-Sultan's cities, Almaty and Shymkent, areas and cities of regional value (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service are performed through:

1) office of the service provider;

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the date of delivery of document package on carrying out complex of works on post-utilization of objects (demolition of structures) technically and (or) technologically simple objects to the service provider and in case of the address on the portal - 10 (ten) working days;

2) from the date of delivery of document package on carrying out complex of works on post-utilization of objects (demolition of structures) technically and (or) technologically difficult objects to the service provider and in case of the address on the portal - 15 (fifteen) working days.

The service provider within two working days from the moment of receipt of documents of uslugopoluchatel checks completeness of the submitted documents.

In case of representation by the applicant of incomplete document package the service provider in the specified terms gives motivated refusal in further review of the statement.

1) the service provider - Monday through Friday with 8.30, 9.00 up to 18.00, 18.30 hours, with lunch break from 13:00 to 14.00, o'clock 14:30 hours, except days off and holidays according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed from 9:00 to 17:30 o'clock with lunch break from 13:00 to 14.00, o'clock 14:30 hours.
