About introduction of amendments to article 11 parts one and Article 1252 parts four of the Civil code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Item 1 of Article 11 parts one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, Art. 3301; 52, the Art. 5497) to state 2006, to No. in the following edition:

"1. Protection of the violated or disputed civil laws is performed by court, Arbitration Court or reference tribunal (further - court) according to their competence.".

Article 2

In paragraph one of Item 5.1 of Article 1252 parts four of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 52, Art. 5496; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1100; 2015, No. 1, Art. 83; No. 27, the Art. 3944) the words "подведомствен to Arbitration Court" shall be replaced with words 2017, "is subject to consideration in Arbitration Court".

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.
