2. Agree with the offer of khokimiyat of the Khorezm region, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition and JSC Uzeltekhsanoat on transfer of object to khokimiyat of the Khorezm region, with the subsequent reduction of share of the state in the authorized capital of JSC Uzeltekhsanoat by the amount of book value of the transferred share.

3. To provide to khokimiyat of the Khorezm region together with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition and Uztekstilprom Association in two-month time exposure and realization at the competitive biddings of object on "zero" redemption value with sales term on its base of the investment project and creation at least 500 new workplaces.
