About approval of Rules of issue of the certificate of remedies of the data constituting the state secrets

According to article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 15, 1999 "About the state secrets" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue of the certificate of remedies of the data constituting the state secrets (for office use).

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 19, 2000 No. 1561 "About approval of Rules of issue of the certificate of conformity of technical means of protection of the data constituting the state secrets";

2) Item of 3 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 23, 2013 No. 735 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 42, the Art. 623).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
