About types of goods to which special customs procedure, room conditions under special customs procedure of such types of goods and procedure for its application is applied

According to Item 3 of Article 253, Article 254 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union and Items 6 and 6.2 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Determine that special customs procedure is applied:

a) concerning the foreign goods imported (imported) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and intended only for the organization and holding official international competitive actions for professional skill of WorldSkills ("Ворлдскиллс");

b) concerning the foreign goods imported (imported) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and intended only for the organization and holding official international actions within carrying out the International Hanseatic days of Modern times;

c) concerning the foreign goods (the equipment, including machines, mechanisms, and also component parts and spare parts to the equipment, tools, materials and other products) imported (imported) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union till December 31, 2043 and intended for construction (creation, construction), ensuring functioning (operation, use) the artificial islands, installations, constructions or other objects which are in limits of internal sea waters and the territorial sea of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union, and safety in the corresponding territories in case of geological studying of subsoil, search and assessment of mineral deposits, investigation and development of sea fields of hydrocarbonic raw material.

2. Approve enclosed:

a) conditions of the room of the foreign goods imported (imported) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and intended for the organization and holding official international competitive actions for professional skill of WorldSkills ("Ворлдскиллс") under special customs procedure and procedure for its application concerning such goods according to appendix No. 1;

b) conditions of the room of the foreign goods imported (imported) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and intended for the organization and holding official international actions within carrying out the International Hanseatic days of Modern times, under special customs procedure and procedure for its application concerning such goods according to appendix No. 2.

c) conditions of the room of the foreign goods (the equipment, including machines, mechanisms, and also component parts and spare parts to the equipment, tools, materials and other products) imported (imported) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union till December 31, 2043 and intended for construction (creation, construction), ensuring functioning (operation, use) the artificial islands, installations, constructions or other objects which are in limits of internal sea waters and the territorial sea of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union, and safety in the corresponding territories in case of geological studying of subsoil, search and assessment of mineral deposits, investigation and development of sea fields of hydrocarbonic raw material under special customs procedure and procedure for its application concerning such goods according to appendix No. 3.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
