1. Determine structure, structure and format, and also frequency and procedure for provision of data on movement of goods and vehicles through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix.
2. The Eurasian economic commission to perform:
coordination of works of authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union) on collection and processing of the information provided according to Item 1 of this Decision;
preparation and placement annually, no later than April 1, on the official site of the Union of information on condition, dynamics and tendencies of development of customs infrastructure in places of movement of goods through customs border of the Union for accounting year.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of February 22, 2019 No. 6
1. The scope of information created by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members), includes:
a) data on the number of the check points located in the territory of state member through its customs border by types of the international message;
b) data on the number of the vehicles moved through check points of state member for accounting year;
c) data on the weight of the goods (in tons gross) moved through check points of state member for accounting year.
2. The data specified in Item 1 of this document are provided in the Eurasian economic commission by authorized bodies of state members as of January 1 of the year following the accounting period in the following form:
