According to subitem 230.1.5 of Item 230.1 of Article 230 of the Section VI of the Tax code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Approve such which are applied:

the commitment form on movement of fuel or ethyl alcohol by the vehicles which are not excise warehouses portable;

Procedure for filling of the request for movement of fuel or ethyl alcohol by vehicles, not being excise warehouses portable.

2. To provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2019, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Verlanova S.A. and the acting as the Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Vlasov A. S.
