Based on subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, and in pursuance of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2012 No. 1105 "About approval of the list of actions technical (technological, testing) nature" the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. assessment of accomplishment by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs of obligations on observance of regulations, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Belarus about legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons (further, unless otherwise specified, - action), is performed by employees and government employees (further - officials) divisions on nationality and migration of managements, Departments of Internal Affairs of city, district executive committees (local administrations) (further - division on nationality and migration) based on the instruction on implementation of action for form according to appendix of 1 head of department, Department of Internal Affairs of city, district executive committee (local administration) (further - territorial authority of internal affairs) or his deputy;

1.2. when implementing action it is established:

availability at foreign citizens and stateless persons (further, unless otherwise specified, – foreigners) documents, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Belarus about legal status of foreigners in the Republic of Belarus;

whether were accepted by authorized officers of the organizations (individual entrepreneurs) petitioning for entry of the foreigner into the Republic of Belarus, measures for timely registration in case the foreigners who are temporarily staying in the Republic of Belarus are subject to registration, receipt of permission to temporary residence, departure of the foreigner after the term of stay in the Republic of Belarus determined to it;

whether residential or other room for accommodation was provided to the foreigner who is in the Republic of Belarus with abuse of regulations of stay in the Republic of Belarus and rules of transit (transit) through the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

compliance and timeliness of the direction in law-enforcement bodies of information on foreigners the organizations and individual entrepreneurs according to the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2010 No. 214 "About procedure for informing law-enforcement bodies on foreign citizens and stateless persons";

1.3. the division on nationality and migration performs action for place of registration of the organization or the individual entrepreneur, finding of structural division of the organization to which functions ensuring compliance with regulations by the organization, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Belarus about legal status of foreigners in the Republic of Belarus belongs;

1.4. when implementing action officials of divisions on nationality and migration have the right to enter on the territory and (or) objects of the organization or the individual entrepreneur which are public, and on others the territory and (or) objects - with the consent of the organization or the individual entrepreneur, to use available means of the global computer Internet;

1.5. by results of implementation of action the statement in form according to appendix 2 is drawn up. In case of identification of violations officials of divisions on nationality and migration take out the requirement (instruction) about their elimination at the scheduled time;

1.6. in the magazine of implementation of assessment of accomplishment by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs of obligations on observance of regulations, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Belarus about legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons, in form according to appendix 3 the corresponding record is made.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2012 No. 474 "About implementation of studying of procedure for observance by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on legal status of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.03. 2013, 8/27145).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
