In the item of 32 subitems of m), the item of 33 subitems of n), the item of 34 subitems of i) and item 51.1 of subitem of g) Instructions about stages of the reorganization of joint-stock company approved by the Resolution of the National commission on securities No. 43/9 of August 3, 2006 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 134-137, the Art. 464) words "Parliament of the Republic of Moldova" shall be replaced with words "The national commission".

2. In the item of 10 subitems 7) the Regulations on registration of qualification persons in the sphere of assessment of shares in the Register of the authorized persons approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 41/10 of August 22, 2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 261-267, Art. 1282), shall be replaced with words words of "Parliament of the Republic of Moldova" "The national commission".
