1. Approve the Procedure about acquisition by joint-stock company of the shares placed by it, according to appendix.

2. In Regulations on public offers on the acquisition approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 33/1 of June 16, 2015, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1054 of July 16, 2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 197-205, of the Art. 1346), to make the following changes:

To exclude 1) in Item 1 of the word "and also implementation of public offer by the issuer for the purpose of the prevention of fall of security price";

Item 3 to exclude 2);

3) Chapter XVIII (Items 148 - 156) to exclude.
