According to Item 14-1 of article 291 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 2017 "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of making of customs transactions concerning the foreign goods imported from the territory of adjacent foreign state, connected with forming from the specified goods of batches of the international mailings, document creation provided by acts of Universal Postal Union when exporting of the created international mailings from the territory free (special, special) economic zone which limits fully or partially match with sites of customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to Item 7-1 of article 291 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 2017 "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
