According to the subitem 3) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 3, 2019 "About special economic and industrial zones" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.01.2024 No. 45

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 3, 2010 No. 508 "About creation of "Kazakhstan Institute of Development of the Industry" joint-stock company (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 36, the Art. 294) the following amendments:

add Item 2 with subitems 31) – 42) the following content:

"31) holding actions for promotion of export of the domestic processed goods, services;

32) interaction with state bodies, members (shareholders) of managing companies, managing companies of special economic and industrial zones, participants of special economic and industrial zones concerning registration of participants of special economic and industrial zones, financing and development of infrastructure of special economic and industrial zones;

33) entering into authorized body of suggestions for improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on special economic and industrial zones;

34) trust management of the shares in the authorized capital (shares) of managing companies of special economic and industrial zones belonging to the state;

35) maintaining the unified register of participants of special economic zones;

36) issue of the certificate certifying registration of person as the participant of special economic zone;

37) maintaining the unified register of industrial zones;

38) monitoring of accomplishment of conditions of agreements on implementation of activities in the territories of special economic and industrial zones;

39) monitoring of condition of infrastructure facilities of special economic and industrial zones;

40) monitoring of achievement by managing company of special economic or industrial zone of the target indicators pledged in the development strategy;

41) rendering services in development and promotion of special economic and industrial zones, including:

development and deployment in managing companies of special economic and industrial zones of management model, internal business processes and corporate documents;

development of recommendations (offers) on development of the strategy of development for special economic and industrial zones, selection criteria of projects for special economic zones, to planning of financing of managing companies of special economic and industrial zones, financing plan development (creation and consolidation of the budget) of special economic and industrial zones;

training of staff of managing companies of special economic and industrial zones;

carrying out market research and consultation of managing companies of special economic and industrial zones on development of marketing strategy of special economic and industrial zones;

carrying out target marketing;

carrying out analysis of projects;

ensuring promotion of domestic special economic and industrial zones in the international market;

ensuring information maintenance of activities of potential participants of special economic and industrial zones;

rendering assistance in involvement of potential investors in special economic and industrial zones;

42) rendering assistance in achievement of target indicators of strategic documents of authorized body.".

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 31, 2016 No. 310 "About determination of the Single coordination center for special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, Art. No. 32-33, 186);

2) Item of 7 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2017 No. 100 "About renaming of joint-stock company "National agency on export and investments of "KAZNEX INVEST" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2017, Art. No. 9-10, 53).
