About increase in cash allowance of the military personnel and employees of some federal executive bodies

1. Raise since October 1, 2019 in time 1,043:

the sizes of salaries on military positions and salaries on military ranks of the military personnel passing military service under the contract;

the sizes of salaries on military positions of the military personnel undergoing military service;

the sizes of official pay rates and salaries on special ranks of the persons who are serving in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and having special ranks of police, the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, Federal fire service of the Public fire service, customs authorities of the Russian Federation and faces of the commanding structure of bodies of federal courier communication (further - employees).

2. Determine that in case of increase in salaries of monetary pay of the military personnel and employees according to Item 1 of this resolution their sizes are subject to rounding to the whole ruble towards increase.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in case of review of the sizes of pensions to citizens, dismissed from service in drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances, and to members of their families to establish the sizes of monthly salaries according to the replaced position and the given special rank taking into account Item 1 of this resolution.

4. The expenses connected with payment of cash allowance to the military personnel and employees according to this resolution are made within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided on these purposes to the corresponding federal executive bodies.
