1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state service "Issue and Prolongation of Permissions to Labour Immigrants".

2. Recognize invalid the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2015 as No. 994 "About approval of regulations of the state service "Issue and Prolongation of Permissions to Labour Immigrants" (it is registered in the Register of state registration No. 12806, it is published on January 19, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To provide to committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kabdenov M. T.).

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Issue and Prolongation of Permissions to Labour Immigrants"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The regulations of the state service "Issue and Prolongation of Permissions to Labour Immigrants" (further - Regulations) determine the procedure of issue of permissions to labor immigrants to implementation of labor activity at physical persons.

2. The state service appears territorial subdivisions of migratory service of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Service provider) to the addresses specified on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further the Ministry of Internal Affairs): www.mvd.gov.kz in the Section "About Activities of Law-enforcement Bodies".

1) service provider;

1) acceptance, check of completeness of collected documents, issue of the coupon on receipt of documents is made within 20 (twenty) minutes;

2) check of authenticity of the submitted documents according to the database of law-enforcement bodies, Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed within 1 (one) hour;

3) entering of data into information systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, listing of permission, putting down of mark about registration in migratory card is performed within 2 (two) hours;

4) representation to the division manager for consideration and signing of permission, is performed within 20 (twenty) minutes.
