About approval of the List of the personal data necessary and sufficient for accomplishment of the tasks performed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 1) Item 2 of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2013 "About personal data and their protection" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed List of personal data necessary and sufficient for accomplishment of the tasks performed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2013 No. 17-1/458 "About approval of the list of the personal data necessary and sufficient for accomplishment of the performed tasks of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 8862, it is published on January 15, 2014 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper No. 8 (27629)).

3. To provide to department of personnel and administrative providing the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Responsible secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
