About approval of samples of documents on import of seeds and recognition voided some orders of the Government

No. 176-180, 324) and parts (4) article 11 of the Law No. 68/2013 on seeds (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 130-134, 417) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) sample of the Notification on import of seeds of the plant varieties which are not brought in the Catalogue of plant varieties of the Republic of Moldova according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Declaration sample under own responsibility about identity of grades and high-quality purity of the imported seeds which are not brought in the Catalogue of plant varieties of the Republic of Moldova according to appendix No. 2.

2. The notification on import of seeds of plant varieties and the Declaration under own responsibility on identity of grades and high-quality purity of the imported seeds which are not brought in the Catalogue of plant varieties of the Republic of Moldova go to the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff and Customs Service.

4. The order of the Government No. 360/2002 about approval of the Regulations on import and export of seeds and landing material (2002, Art. No. 46-48, 443) to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.
