About approval of the Regulations on delivery of electrical energy
Based on the h. (7) Art. 63 and h. (23) Art. 96 of the Law No. 107 of May 27, 2016 on the electric power (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203, the Art. 413), with subsequent changes, for the purpose of regulation of the legal relations between suppliers of electrical energy and final consumers the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on delivery of electrical energy it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Regulations on delivery and use of electrical energy approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 393 of December 15, 2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 59-62,ст. 308), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 811 of March 10, 2011.
3. To impose control of observance of this provision on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
