I. General provisions

1. The military training center is created under the federal state educational organization of the higher education (further respectively - military training center, the educational organization) for the purpose of training of the citizens of the Russian Federation studying in the educational organization for full-time courses (further - citizens) according to programs of military preparation (further - military preparation):

for passing of military service under the contract on the military positions which are subject to substitution by officers after receipt of the higher education;

for training of reserve officers, sergeants, foremen of inventory or soldiers, sailors of inventory.

2. The main objectives of military training center are:

program implementation of military preparation;

participation in carrying out educational work among citizens and work on military professional orientation of youth.

3. The military preparation provided by the paragraph the second Item of 1 this provision is target training of the citizens studying according to educational programs of the higher education within budgetary appropriations of the federal budget.

4. The number of the citizens having military training is established by the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation and federal executive body (federal state body) performing powers of the founder of the educational organization based on offers of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

5. The staff list of military training center is developed by the educational organization, approved with federal executive body (federal state body) performing powers of the founder of the educational organization and the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and affirms the rector of the educational organization.

6. In branch of the educational organization implementation of military preparation is allowed if in branch there are structural division of military training center and educational material resources of military preparation.

II. Educational activities of military training center
