I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines the organization of work on compulsory national insurance of life and health of the military personnel and employees of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation <1>, the citizens called on military charges in troops of national guard, the citizens discharged from military service (services) in the troops of national guard deducted from military charges or which ended military charges within one year after dismissal from military service (service), assignment from military charges or the end of military charges <2> and also the organization of work on registration and accounting of the documents necessary for decision making about payment of insurance sum to insured persons.
