4. Approve form of the decision on exception of the legal entity of the register of Authorized Economic Operators according to appendix No. 4 to this order.

5. Approve cases in which the decision of authorized customs authority on suspension of action of the certificate on inclusion in the register of Authorized Economic Operators and the decision on renewal actions of this certificate are taken in the automatic mode (without participation of officials of customs authorities), according to appendix No. 5 to this order.

6. Provide to the Federal Customs Service modification of information software of the Single automated information system of customs authorities.

7. To impose control of execution of this order by the Federal Customs Service on the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Trunin I. V.

8. To assign control of execution of this order by the customs authorities subordinated to the Federal Customs Service to the Head of the Federal Customs Service Bulavin V. I.

Procedure for suspension and renewal of action of the certificate on inclusion in register of Authorized Economic Operators, exceptions of legal entities of the register of Authorized Economic Operators

I. General provisions

1. The procedure for suspension and renewal of action of the certificate on inclusion in the register of Authorized Economic Operators, exceptions of legal entities of the register of Authorized Economic Operators (further - the Procedure) determines the sequence of actions of officials of customs authorities in case of suspension and renewal of action of the certificate on inclusion of legal entities in the register of Authorized Economic Operators (further - the Register), exception of legal entities of the Register.

2. Suspension, and also renewal of action of the certificate on inclusion in the Register of Authorized Economic Operator (further - UEO) are performed by the Federal Customs Service, regional customs authorities and customs according to Procedure.

II. Suspension of action of the certificate on inclusion in the Register

3. Action of the certificate on inclusion in the Register (further - the Certificate) stops:

a) FCS of Russia - in cases, stipulated in Item 1 Article 435 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union (The Federal Law of November 14, 2017 No. 317-FZ "About ratification of the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 47, the Art. 6843) (further - the Code of the Union), part 1 of article 388 of the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 289-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 32, the Art. 5082) (further - the Federal Law);

b) regional customs authority or customs in which region of activities UEO makes customs transactions or revealed the corresponding bases for suspension of action of the Certificate, - in the cases provided by subitems 3, of 5, 7 - 12 Items 1 of article 435 of the Code of the Union, Items 1 - 3, 6 parts 1 of article 388 of the Federal Law.
