1. Conduct from July 15, 2019 to March 31, 2020 in the territory of the Russian Federation experiment on marking by means of identification of the separate types of dairy products developed from the pasteurized, ultra heat-treated, sterilized, ultravysokotemperaturno-processed milk, and (or) the pasteurized, ultra heat-treated, sterilized, ultravysokotemperaturno-processed dairy products produced by industrial method and packed into consumer pack (further - separate types of dairy products, experiment).

2. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on carrying out experiment on marking by means of identification of separate types of dairy products in the territory of the Russian Federation;

the list of the separate types of dairy products which are subject to marking within the experiment on marking by means of identification of separate types of dairy products in the territory of the Russian Federation.

3. Determine that the federal executive bodies authorized on ensuring carrying out experiment are the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation, Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Customs Service and Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (further - authorized bodies).

6. Provide to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation coordination of creation and functioning of the industry component "dairy products" of information system of monitoring.

7. To provide to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation till August 15, 2019:

a) development and approval in coordination with authorized bodies:

methodical recommendations about carrying out experiment and scheduled plan of carrying out experiment;

requirements to the industry component "dairy products" of information system of monitoring;

b) approval in coordination with authorized bodies of requirements to ensuring the information security containing in the industry component "dairy products" of information system of monitoring, and information security when using information and communication technologies within the experiment.

8. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation:

a) coordination and monitoring of work of participants of turnover of the separate types of dairy products participating in experiment;

b) interaction of the Federal state information system in the field of veterinary science with the industry component "dairy products" of information system of monitoring.

9. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation together with authorized bodies to carry out assessment of results of experiment and to provide the corresponding reports to the Government of the Russian Federation till December 1, 2019 and till March 16, 2020.

10. To the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Customs Service, Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare and Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance when implementing powers in the established spheres of maintaining to consider the data transferred by participants of experiment to information system of monitoring.

d) development of offers on introduction of amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating turnover of separate types of dairy products;

e) determination of technical capabilities of information system of monitoring and its further development;

e) determination of technical capabilities of integration of information system of monitoring with the Federal state information system in the field of veterinary science.

3. Participants of experiment are:

a) the federal executive bodies authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on ensuring carrying out experiment;
