For receipt of prior consent of the Bank of Russia to election (appointment) of person to the position specified in part 9 of article 6 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 to No. 325-FZ (specified in part 8 of article 6 of the Federal Law of February 7, 2011 to No. 7-FZ) (further - the position requiring coordination), the organizer of trade (the clearing organization) shall (shall) provide to the Bank of Russia the notification on expected election (appointment) of the specified person to position (further - the notification on election (appointment).

data on recognition of the candidate by Arbitration Court by insolvent (bankrupt);

data on appointment to the candidate of administrative punishment in the form of disqualification concerning which the term during which the candidate is considered subjected to administrative punishment in the form of disqualification did not expire;
