1. Approve the enclosed Rules of production incentive in the Republic of Kazakhstan of cable and conduction products: ecologically safe (nonflammable and (or) with the lowered fire danger both small dymo-and gas emission); which waste is processed in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to department of state policy in waste management of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this joint order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Production incentive in the Republic of Kazakhstan cable and conduction products: ecologically safe (nonflammable and (or) with the lowered fire danger both small dymo-and gas emission); which waste is processed in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed by financing of her producers in the following directions: content of workplaces; use of energy resources; purchase of raw materials for production of ecologically safe and (or) processed products; implementation of research and developmental developments; carrying out the testing connected with production; certification of products.

3. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) financing of producers on implementation of research and developmental developments - financing of labor costs of the staff of producer participating in implementation research and developmental developments, the material expenses which are directly connected with accomplishment of research and developmental developments, the cost of services in implementation of research and developmental developments by third parties;

2) financing of producers on content of workplaces - financing of costs for salary payment, calculated for the accounting period, and also costs for assignments for insurance premiums on compulsory social insurance, the social tax, compulsory insurance of workers from accidents in case of execution of labor (office) obligations by them;
