About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate products of conversion of fruits
According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Items 16 and 18of the Regulations on the Euroasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate products of conversion of the fruits classified by codes 2007 99 500 3, 2007 99 500 4, 2007 99 500 5 and 2007 99 500 7 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 inclusive.
2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:
a) in line items with codes 2007 99 500 3, 2007 99 500 4, the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "<3C>" to replace 2007 99 500 5 and 2007 99 500 7 CN FEA EEU with the reference "<54C>";
b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 54C of the following content:
"<54C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.01.2019 till 30.06.2020 inclusive.".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2019.
