According to Item 2 of article 57 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (further - the Agreement), paragraphs the eighth and ninth Item 5 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 9 to the Agreement), the paragraph the fourth item 4 of the Protocol on application of sanitary, veterinary and sanitary and quarantine phytosanitary measures (appendix No. 12 to the Agreement) and Items 6, and in connection with decision making of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 18, 2018 the No. 44 Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission solved 9 and 21 appendices No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98,:
1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 30, 2017 No. 80 "About certificates on state registration of products" changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
