1. Determine that the federal executive bodies authorized on ensuring carrying out experiment are the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Customs Service and Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare.

4. Agree with the offer of Operator-TsRPT limited liability company on participation in experiment on a grant basis.

5. Recommend to Operator-TsRPT limited liability company to develop till June 27, 2019:

the requirements to the industry component "separate line items of products of light industry" of information system of monitoring connected with features of marking by means of identification of separate line items of products of light industry;

requirements to ensuring the information security containing in the industry component "separate line items of products of light industry" and to ensuring information security when using information and telecommunication technologies within the experiment.

6. Provide to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation:

a) coordination and monitoring of work of participants of turnover of the separate line items of products of light industry participating in experiment;

b) in coordination with the federal executive bodies authorized according to Item 3 of this resolution on ensuring carrying out experiment till July 25, 2019:

development and approval of methodical recommendations about carrying out experiment and scheduled plan of carrying out experiment;

approval of requirements imposed to the industry component "separate line items of products of light industry" and requirements for the information security containing in the industry component "separate line items of products of light industry" and to ensuring information security when using information and telecommunication technologies within the experiment;

c) together with the federal executive bodies authorized according to Item 3 of this resolution on ensuring carrying out experiment, evaluating the course of experiment and submission of the corresponding report to the Government of the Russian Federation till October 10, 2019.

7. To provide to the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Customs Service, Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare when implementing powers in the established spheres of maintaining information exchange of the information systems with information system of monitoring with use of information which is earlier placed in them, and also accounting of the data transferred by participants of experiment to information system of monitoring within the experiment.

d) determination and coordination with the federal executive bodies authorized on ensuring carrying out experiment and also with participants of turnover of the separate line items of products of light industry of the scope of information about goods allowing to identify unambiguously commodity unit of separate line items of products of light industry;

e) implementation by participants of experiment of primary filling of subsystem of the national catalog of the marked goods of information system of monitoring based on the scope of information about goods allowing to identify unambiguously commodity unit of separate line items of products of light industry;

e) development of offers on introduction of amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating production and turnover of separate line items of products of light industry;
