1. Determine that the federal executive bodies authorized on ensuring carrying out experiment are the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Customs Service and Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare.
4. Agree with the offer of Operator-TsRPT limited liability company on participation in experiment on a grant basis.
Determine that for the purpose of experiment the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods is used, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification (further - information system of monitoring) which operator the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 3, 2019 No. 620-r determines Operator-TsRPT limited liability company.
5. Recommend to Operator-TsRPT limited liability company to develop till June 27, 2019:
