About reorganization of GP "Pulbere", GP "Specialized shop selling weapon of "Dinamo-MA" and GP "Cartus"

Based on Item of) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), Item e) parts (1) article 6 of the Law No. 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401) and parts (1) article 12 of the Law No. 246/2017 on the state and municipal companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 441-450, 750) DECIDES: the Government

1. Reorganize the State company "Pulbere", the State company "Specialized shop selling weapon of "Dinamo-MA" by merging (accession) with the State company "Cartus" as the absorbing company.

2. Reorganize the State company "Cartus" by transformation to Cartus Joint-stock company.

3. To the agency of public property:

1) within a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to create the commission on cession of property of the State company "Pulbere" and the State company "Specialized shop selling weapon of "Dinamo-MA" to the State company "Cartus";

2) to perform reorganization of the specified companies according to the procedure, established by the legislation.

4. To perform cession of property of the absorbed companies according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 1, the Art. 2).

5. To cover the expenses connected with reorganization of the specified companies at the expense of the State company "Cartus" in the course of reorganization.

6. In the Order of the Government No. 902/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Agency of public property (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 390-395, 1011) to make the following changes:

1) to exclude the following line items from appendix No. 4:

"GP "Pulbere"

GP "Cartus

GP "Specialized shop selling weapon of "Dinamo-MA";

Appendix No. 4/1 to add 2) with line item of JSC Cartus.

7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
