Based on article 15 of the Law No. 279/2017 on informing consumers concerning foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 7-17, 54) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Quality requirements of milk and dairy products (are applied).
2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 611/2010 about approval of the Technical regulation "Milk and Dairy Products" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 119-120 692) on the date of entry into force of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
4. This resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of publication.
