1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state service "Forming of Individual Identification Number to the Foreigners Who Are Temporarily Staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kabdenov M. T.).

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The regulations of the state service "Forming of Individual Identification Number to the Foreigners Who Are Temporarily Staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the state service) are developed according to the standard of the state service "Forming of Individual Identification Number to the Foreigners Who Are Temporarily Staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the standard) approved by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2018 No. 966 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 18157).

Chapter 2. The description of operations procedure of structural divisions (workers) of the service provider in the course of rendering the state service

6. Contents of each procedure (action), being part of process of rendering the state service, duration of its accomplishment:

1) documents acceptance, check of completeness and reliability of the submitted documents from uslugopoluchatel on compliance to the list specified in Item 9 of the standard within 20 minutes;

2) the request for forming of IIN is filled in with the employee of the State corporation and transferred to information systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry of Internal Affairs) within 10 minutes;

3) the operator of information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs processes the arriving requests for correctness and in case of correctness of the request performs the procedure of forming of IIN. In case of discrepancy of the request to adjusting data of the applicant or in case of availability at the applicant of the registered IIN, the operator creates the corresponding error message, within 4 hours;

4) the service provider and the employee of the State corporation performs issue of the certificate on forming of individual identification number, within 10 minutes.

8. The description of the sequence of procedures (actions) between structural divisions (workers) of the service provider with indication of duration of each procedure (action) is given in appendix 1 to these regulations.
