1. Approve the enclosed requirements to elements of protection of the passport of the vehicle (the passport of the vehicle chassis) and the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment.

2. To provide to committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

Requirements to elements of protection of the passport of the vehicle (passport of the vehicle chassis) and passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment

1. These requirements to elements of protection of the passport of the vehicle (passports of the vehicle chassis) and the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment are developed according to the subitem 5) of article 15-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2014 "About traffic" and in implementation of the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 100 "About the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment".

2. Forms of the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment are forms of the strict reporting, are made on white paper of the A4 format (210 x 297 mm) with use of the paints providing protection against corrections or discharges by typographical method according to the following requirements imposed to degree of protection of forms and have at least 8 degrees of protection:

1) the 2-tone prosvetno-shaded watermark having the expressed contrast providing its reliable visual inspection;

2) at least 2 types of the fibers controlled in visible or other areas of range. At the same time replacement of one of types of fibers with other types of inclusions - the confetti, polymeric threads encapsulated by phosphor is allowed. Use of the special fibers having visible luminescence of blue color under the influence of ultraviolet radiation is not allowed;

3) imposing of 2 background grids with varied pitch and iris peal;

4) the microtext having font 150 height in positive execution - 200 microns, and in negative execution - 200 - 250 microns;

5) the element printed by the paint invisible in visible range and luminescing under the influence of ultraviolet radiation in flavovirent color;

6) element of protection against photocopying;

7) the hologram with the microtext put with method of hot stamping;

8) the typographical number consisting of series of the form, 2-letter code of the country (according to the reference book of ISO 3166-1 (alpha-2)) and sequence number of the form (2 capital letters and 6 Arab digits).
