form of provision of information on condition of trade and tendencies of its development in appropriate subject of the Russian Federation, except for the federal cities, according to appendix No. 4;

form of provision of information on condition of trade and tendencies of its development in the federal city, according to appendix No. 5;

form of provision of information on the edition of the municipal legal acts governing the relations in the field of trading activity according to appendix No. 6;

form of provision of information on condition of trade and tendencies of its development in the municipal district, according to appendix No. 7;

form of provision of information on condition of trade and tendencies of its development in the city district, according to appendix No. 8.

2. Authorized bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation provide information in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in the forms established in appendices No. 3 - No. 5.

Authorized bodies of local self-government of municipalities (municipal districts, city districts) provide information to authorized body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation in the forms established in appendices No. 6 - No. 8.

3. 2. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation places the following information provided by authorized bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation in information system:

a) about condition of trade and tendencies of its development in appropriate subjects of the Russian Federation;

b) about the edition of regulatory legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation governing the relations in the field of trading activity.

3. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation places the following information of local government bodies of municipal districts and city districts provided by authorized bodies of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation in information system:

a) about condition of trade and tendencies of its development in the municipalities located in the territory of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation;

b) about the edition of the municipal legal acts governing the relations in the field of trading activity.

4. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, authorized bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation post on the official sites on the information and telecommunication Internet the following information:

a) about the decisions accepted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in the field of trading activity in the Russian Federation;
