According to parts 3 Articles 10, 2 articles 17 and 2 of article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing", the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. Approve:

1) procedure for licensing of use of the radioactive materials or devices containing radioactive materials, or sources of the generating radiation according to Appendix No. 1;

2) form of the license to use of the radioactive materials or devices containing radioactive materials or sources of the generating radiation according to Appendix No. 2.

2. This Resolution becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.

1. General provisions

1. This Procedure establishes the relations connected with use of the radioactive materials or devices containing radioactive materials or sources of the generating radiation according to requirements of the Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing" and "About safe use of atomic energy in the peace purposes".
