About dissolution of the state company "Medisan"

Based on part (1) article 12 of the Law No. 246/2017 on the state and municipal companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 441-450, 750) and Item e) parts (1) article 6 of the Law No. 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401) DECIDES: the Government

1. Dismiss the state company "Medisan" with carrying out liquidation procedure.

2. state office:

1) to manage directly property of the Republic of Moldova located in the territory of Ukraine - the companies with the foreign capital sanatorium of "Moldova" (Truskavets, Ukraine) and sanatorium of "Sanatate" (Mr. Sergeevk, Ukraine);

2) to create the commission on liquidation and to provide carrying out liquidation procedure of the state company "Medisan" according to legislation provisions;

3) to take necessary measures for modification of constituent documents of the companies with the foreign capital specified in the subitem 1) and registration of these changes in the state registers of Ukraine according to its legislation.

3. To perform release of employees of this company according to provisions of the labor law.

4. To the agency of the state services, according to the statement of the owner to make necessary changes to the state registers.

5. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration give to the state office necessary assistance in implementation of measures, established in the subitem 3) of Item 2.

6. In the Order of the Government No. 657/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State office, its structure and extreme number (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, of the Art. 724) to make the following changes:

1) Item 7 of appendix No. 1 to add with the subitem to / 2) of the following content:

"to / 2) coordinates and monitorizirut activities of organizational structures and companies from the sphere of the competence";

2) in appendix No. 3:

12 to state line item in the following edition:

"12. The company with the foreign capital sanatorium of "Moldova" (Truskavets, Ukraine);

add with line item 13 following contents:

"13. The company with the foreign capital sanatorium of "Sanatate" (Mr. Sergeevk, Ukraine)".

7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
