About prolongation of action of anti-dumping measure concerning steel shod rolls for the metal-rolling camps coming from Ukraine and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to the paragraph the fifth Item 109 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix №8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Extend till February 25, 2020 inclusive action of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 904 "About measures for protection of economic interests of producers of steel shod rolls for rolling mills in the Customs union".

2. From the effective date of this Decision till February 25, 2020 inclusive to provide to the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs collection of anti-dumping duty at the rate established by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 904, according to the procedure established for collection of preliminary anti-dumping duties.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than June 26, 2019.
