About approval of procedures for maintaining the register of copies of registrars of settlement transactions and the register of the centers of field service of registrars of settlement transactions

According to the Tax code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services", to Items 39 - 42, 58, 59 Procedures for maintenance and the repair of registrars of settlement transactions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 2004 No. 601, ORDER:

1. Approve such which are applied:

Procedure for maintaining register of copies of registrars of settlement transactions;

Procedure for maintaining the register of the centers of field service of registrars of settlement transactions (further - the Procedure).

2. Determine that:

1) no later than two months following after month of entry into force of this order, GFS creates the register of copies of registrars of settlement transactions (further - the Register) and includes all copies of the Register of registrars of settlement transactions (further - RRO) which are registered in bodies of GFS and being in operation (except those RRO which are registered for economic units or subjects of managing with the location in temporarily occupied territories) or were in operation on the date of entry into force of this order, with assignment of registration numbers by it;

2) within three months following after month of entry into force of this order, producers (suppliers) submit applications for inclusion in the Register of all copies of RRO which delivery was performed before entry into force of this order which service life did not expire and which are not included in the Register.

If at the time of receipt of the statement for inclusion of model (modification) of RRO in the Register of RRO it is already included in the Register according to the subitem of 1 this Item, the statement of the manufacturer (supplier) is considered the statement for modification of the Register;

3) within three months following after month of entry into force of this order in case of filing of application in body of GFS about registration of RRO which is not included in the Register for date of submission of such statement the subject of managing - the user of RRO encloses to the application copies of documents which confirm the fact of purchase or non-paid receipt of RRO in property, other document confirming the property right or uses and also the passport copy (form) of RRO and the passport of the modem (in case of use of the external modem). Based on the specified documents the body of GFS includes RRO in the Register;

4) inclusion of copies of RRO in the Register which were removed from registration in bodies of GFS (by registration cancellation) before entry into force of this order which are not included in the Register and concerning which service life did not expire can be performed by body of GFS in general procedure, including based on the statement of the producer (supplier) or the address of the subject of managing - the user of RRO and the copies of the documents confirming the fact of purchase or non-paid receipt of RRO in property, other document confirming the property right or uses of RRO, and also the passport copy (form) of RRO and the passport of the modem attached to it (in case of use of the external modem);

5) primary filling of the register of the centers of field service of RRO information on the centers of field service of RRO is performed based on statements of producers (suppliers) within two months after entry into force of this order according to requirements of the Procedure.

3. Approve Changes in the Procedure for sealing of registrars of settlement transactions approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 14, 2016 No. 547, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 5, 2016 for No. 921/29051, which are applied.
