1.1. export from the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of tannages * (code 4104 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union), occurring from the territory of the Republic of Belarus, when placing under customs procedure of export is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in coordination with the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry according to the procedure, similar by the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), taking into account the features established by this resolution; **
