About modification of the Regulations on Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation

1. a) add subitem 5.2.5 with words "(except for bioethanol)";

b) add with subitems 5.2.13 (14) and 5.2.13(15) following contents:

"5.2.13 (14). the list of information on the capital processing equipment for bioethanol production, automatic gages and accounting of concentration of denaturant substances in bioethanol, automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of anhydrous alcohol in finished goods, amount of finished goods and about communications, containing in the scheme of equipment of the specified capital processing equipment;

5.2.13 (15). specifications of use of the capital processing equipment for bioethanol production;";

c) subitem 5.3.1 after words "amount of finished goods," to add with words "automatic gages of accounting of concentration of denaturant substances in bioethanol,".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of November 28, 2018 No. 448-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products and about Restriction of Consumption (Drinking) of Alcoholic Products" according to part 1 of article 2 of the specified Federal Law.
