About classification of vitamin-containing medicines according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 22 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:
1. The medicines consisting of the mixed or unmixed products, any substances containing in quality of active components (except antibiotics or their derivatives, hormones, alkaloids or their derivatives) and 2936 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union containing vitamins or other products of goods item in quality of auxiliary components which are packed up in the form of the dosed dosage forms or in the forms or packagings for retail sale applied to treatment of diseases of different etiology or to the preventive purposes according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 are classified in subline item 3004 50 000 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
