About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the following public institutions in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) public institution "Maktaaralsky district territorial inspection of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by allocation from it public institution "Zhetysaysky district territorial inspection of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) public institution "Saryagashsky district territorial inspection of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by allocation from it public institution "Kelessky district territorial inspection of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

10) republican public institution "Esilsky basin inspectorate for regulation of use and protection of water resources of Committee on water resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the city of Astana in republican public institution "Esilsky basin inspectorate for regulation of use and protection of water resources of Committee on water resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Nour-Sultan's city.

3. Determine that financing of organizations is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget for the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
