About the organization of state registration of airfields and helidromes of the state aircraft

1. Approve Aviation rules of the organization of state registration of airfields and helidromes of the state aircraft (are applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2015 No. 20 "About approval of Aviation rules of state registration of airfields (helidromes) of the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus".
3. This resolution becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.

1. These Aviation rules govern the relations on the organization of state registration of airfields and helidromes of the state aircraft.
2. For the purposes of these Aviation rules the following terms and their determinations are applied:
airfield (helidrome) of the state aircraft - the airfield (helidrome) which is under authority of republican state body or republican state public association "Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet of the Republic of Belarus" registered in the corresponding State register;
the owner of airfield (helidrome) of the state aircraft - the legal entity owning airfield (helidrome) of the state aircraft on legal causes and bearing responsibility for its operation according to the legislation;
The state register of airfields (helidromes) of the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus (further - the State register) - the recording system representing the list of the registered airfields (helidromes) of the state aircraft and data characterizing them;
the certificate on state registration of airfield (helidrome) of the state aircraft - the document certifying entering of airfield (helidrome) of the state aircraft into the corresponding State register;
the certificate on exception of airfield (helidrome) of the state aircraft of the State register - the document certifying exception of airfield (helidrome) of the State register;
the operator of airfield (helidrome) of the state aircraft - the legal entity operating airfield (helidrome) legally and using it for flights.
