About approval of the Instruction about placement, trade and the redemption of Government bonds with floating rate and Instructions about placement, trade and the redemption of Government bonds with fixed rate
For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of articles 16-19 of the Law No. 419/2006 on debt of the public sector, the state guarantees and the state recrediting (repeated publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 397-399, 704), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Approve:
The instruction about placement, trade and the redemption of Government bonds with floating rate, according to appendix No. 1;
The instruction about placement, trade and the redemption of Government bonds with fixed rate, according to appendix No. 2.
2. Recognize invalid Conditions of placement of the address and the redemption of Government bonds with floating rate (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 160-161, the Art. 450) and Conditions of placement of the address and the redemption of Government bonds with fixed rate (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 160-161, the Art. 451).
3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
